NOC is offering the available and permissible Raw Technical Data (RTD) for public sale (release) to interested companies, research institutes, consultant firms and alike.

This web site is to provide information and updates on RTD rules, regulations and sale  procedures.

Interested entities are asked to make their requests through this web site or directly by contacting Technical Data Department (TDD) at NOC  for their interest in purchasing RTD.

RTD purchase requires the following steps:

1- Register within NOC public data sale site. This can be done through the register button shown on the left side of this page. This registration involves a fill in form that contains credentials, contact details and the purpose of data purchase.

2- A support letter addressed to  the NOC TDD is  needed  to support the registration. and to provide the buyer’s representative with power of attorney over  transactions involving RTD sale.

When requested data is collected and is available for sale, buyers are asked to sign  un Undertaking and Confidentiality Agreement (UCA) that outlines how purchased data is to be secured and used by  buyers.

Public sale prices for RTD are listed in here. NOC reserves the right to  change the  RTD prices and types without any prior notice.
